Teen classes at Fit Rocks are 2 hour lessons taught once per week. Instructors will have kids warm up, work on their climbing technique, and their overall fitness. This is a great class for anyone, and will improve their strength, flexibility, problem solving, and confidence. Climbing is an amazing sport that kids can take with them for life. The program lasts 12 weeks total.
There will be a 2 week break over the Xmas Holiday – this will make the final classes on the first week of February.
